Crossroads Facility Rental & Event Request Form

This is a request form for holding events or gatherings at Crossroads at Big Creek. Submissions will be reviewed and we will contact you within 2-3 business days to discuss and confirm details. When possible, please request dates more than two weeks in advance of your proposed dates so staff may confirm space availability or offer alternatives if needed. Please take a moment to review our rental rate sheet for current facility rates, discounts, and other information. Crossroads reserves the right to approve or reject any request for use of our facilities.
