Door County Beekeeper Club: Hive Dive & Monthly Meeting

May 21 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

The Door County Beekeepers Club holds their monthly meeting. The club promotes the study, science and craft of beekeeping through education, encouragement and community for all Door County beekeepers, and raises awareness to the benefits of bees for our environment, ecology and local economy.

They meet once a month at various locations in Door County. The meetings usually include educational information presented by experienced local/regional beekeepers. In addition, there may be a hands-on event such as a “hive dive” prior to the meeting.

5:30pm Hive Dive with the Bee Inspector. (wear your bee suit)

6:30pm Door County Beekeepers May Meeting                                                                                      

State Bee Inspector Donna Stiles will give her presentation on “What to Look For When Inspecting Your Hive.” And also report on the status of Wisconsin beehives for 2023-2024. Free and open to the public. Meet at the Collins Learning Center 2041 Michigan, Sturgeon Bay
