Door County Beekeeper Club: Monthly Meeting

The Door County Beekeepers Club holds their monthly meeting. The club promotes the study, science and craft of beekeeping through education, encouragement and community for all Door County beekeepers, and raises awareness to the benefits of bees for our environment, ecology and local economy.

They meet once a month at various locations in Door County. The meetings usually include educational information presented by experienced local/regional beekeepers. In addition, there may be a hands-on event such as a “hive dive” prior to the meeting.

Mead Making, Tasting and Pairing

Reservations are requested for the November meeting of the DBBC at which Lynn and Dennis Marquardt will provide an interactive program on mead, a fermented beverage made with honey. See doorcountybeekeepersclub.org for more information and reservation details.
