SUMMARY:18th Annual Crossroads Trail Run & Walk
DESCRIPTION:Door County’s first trail run welcomes runners & walkers of all ages and abilities to choose a 2k\, 5k\, or 10k distance at Crossroads at Big Creek\, with chip-timing to allow for a staggered start by route. Registration opens January 1\, 2027. \nMore Details\nHighlights include: \n\nThree course options: 2k\, 5k\, and 10k\nAll participants registered by May 12\, 2027\, are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Those who register after that date may opt to choose from a selection of previous year’s race shirts.\nAll participants receive a native tree\, post-race snacks\, including bananas\, granola bars\, and a cherry sundae.\nChip-timed results for all participants\nLocally sourced prizes for top finishers\, include pottery\, maple syrup\, honey\, and soaps.\nProceeds from the event support the Crossroads at Big Creek’s mission to offer education\, conduct research\, and provide outdoor experiences to inspire environmental stewardship in learners of all ages.\n\nCheck-In / Packet Pick-up\nWednesday\, June 9- Thursday\, June 10 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at Collins Learning Center\nFriday\, June 11 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm at Collins Learning Center\nSaturday\, June 12 from 6:30 to 8:30 am (sharp) at Collins Learning Center \nVolunteers are key in making this fundraiser a success.
